CHINA RAILWAY Express (Wuhan) Resumed in Normal Operation

  At 10:00 on March 28, the X8015/8016 train carrying 50 containers originated from CRIntermodal's Wuhan Central Station. This CRE train will cross Chinese border at Alataw Pass and arrive in Duisburg, Germany 15 days later. This is the first CRE train originating from Wuhan since the epidemic prevention and control, marking the resumption of CRE trains (Wuhan) to normal operation.

  It is reported that nearly 90% of cargoes on this train are produced by local enterprises in Wuhan. Among them are 166.4 tons of epidemic prevention articles such as medical non-woven fabrics and medical tablecloths for assisting European countries, which are loaded in 19 containers, as well as auto parts, electronic products, communication optical fibers and materials for construction of Hungary-Serbia Railway. Upon arrival at the destination, the cargoes on board will be distributed to Germany, France, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland and other countries.

  Relevant officials of China Railway Wuhan Group Co., Ltd. said that the resumption of CRE trains to normal operation will provide a strong support for local enterprises to resume their import and export trades.
