Suifenhe port is an important port to Russia in Heilongjiang Province and one of the major border ports of CRE trains. Since 2021, Suifenhe Port Station has continuously improved the operation efficiency and freight quality of CRE trains while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control. In order to ensure the smooth operation of CRE trains, Suifenhe Port Station has strengthened the communication and coordination with the border stations of Russian Railways, thus accurately grasping the departure time, number of cars and goods category of CRE trains abroad. The port station has opened green channels for the CRE trains after entering China, actively cooperated with the customs on their inspection, and given priority to them in coupling for transport and transshipment, thus ensuring their smooth passage at the port station.

　　Since the CRE train first crossed the Chinese border via Suifenhe Port Station in August 2018, the number of CRE trains crossing the Chinese border via the port station has exceeded 400, and the frequency also increased from 6 trains per month in the initial stage to more than 20 trains per month. At present, CRE trains entering China via Suifenhe Port Station mainly reach Chengdu, Zhengzhou and other places, and CRE trains leaving China via the port station manly reach Russia, Poland and other countries.
