Fuzhou-Pingtan Railway Integrated into National High Speed Railway Network

  After nearly 5 hours of construction, at 5:05 on August 26, the last set of turnouts was laid on Fuzhou-Pingtan Railway for connection to Fuzhou South Station, marking that Fuzhou-Pingtan Railway has been fully integrated into China's HSR network.

  Fuzhou-Pingtan Railway starts from Fuzhou Station. With a total length of 88.43 km, this railway covers six stations, among which Fuzhou and Fuzhou South are existing stations, while Changle, Changle East, Changle South, and Pingtan stations are newly constructed.
