Recently, China Railway Communist Youth League Committee held the "Revitalization Cup" youth vocational skills competition in the railway industry and the final competition of the fourth national railway youth vocational skills competition for new entrants (electrical locomotive fitters) in the Shanglancun Station Railway Theme Park of China Railway Taiyuan Group Co., Ltd. 51 athletes from 17 CR regional groups participated in the final competition.
This year, with the strong support of China Railway Taiyuan Group Co., Ltd., Hongchang Trading Branch of Taiyuan Jintai Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. supplied locomotives for the existing 10 "green cars" in the Shanglancun Station Railway Theme Park, providing a beautiful scenery in the railway park.
The railway theme park covers an area of about 12,000 square meters and takes a kilometer-long railway line as its axis. Visitors can not only see the well-preserved old station buildings with the traditional Chinese character "Shanglancun" written on it, but also walk up the platform along the green belt, watch the old railway signal lights, switches and other railway elements, and step on the double-decker green-skin carriage to experience the epitome of the old platform's history.
Since August 2018, Hongchang Company has transformed Shanglancun Station into the only railway theme park in Shanxi Province. By visiting the park, tourists can experience the changes of the railway industry from different perspectives and learn the history of the railways.
The railway theme park has won the attention and recognition of the broad masses of the people. Today, tourists come here from different places to visit and study, to experience the railway industry from different perspectives and different levels, and to witness the vicissitudes of the railway development.
