With a total length of 13720m, Daiyunshan No.1 Tunnel passes through completely weathered strata, rural cement roads, canals, river channels and 4 faults. Some sections thereof are found with low gas and weak rock burst. It is a high-risk tunnel with a design construction mileage of 3070m at the tunnel exit.

　　The project department of Xingguo-Quanzhou Railway Ninghua-Quanzhou Section (Lot 6) of China Railway 18 Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has implemented the advance planning and scientific deployment, earnestly executed the red line management of quality and safety, rationally allocated the resources, and made technical breakthrough. It has successively solved many problems such as small section and multiple cross operations in single-track tunnels.
