This Fuxing EMU train makes its first trial run on the Emei-Mianning section of Chengdu-Kunming Railway. The Chengdu–Kunming rail reconstruction project finished the Emei-Mianning section in southwest China’s Sichuan province, and the section received security assessment a couple of days ago, marking a countdown to formal operations. The CR-Chengdu, according to applicable regulations and standards, conducted a thorough check on transportation-related preparation work, the formulation and implementation of regulations and institutions, the team building of railway personnel and staff training, as well as the operation of equipment and facilities, thus providing a solid guarantee for the safe, smooth operation of the rail line (Photo/Hu Zhiqiang).
